During the month the staff and the children were busy preparing for the Christmas Season. They have also been waiting excitingly for the fast approaching New year, 2010.

Some of our boys participated in the Christmas party held at Shanti Niketan School. The boys and the staff also went on an outing programme for Christmas at Old Goa. They enjoyed themselves and had a great time. The boys decorated the House for the season making the House look attractive and full of warmth.

There were some visitors who visited the House, this month and donated in cash or kind. Pawson from England donated clothes. Peter from England made a donation of Rs 7000 towards the need list. A visitor named Stephen Morris & his wife visited the Home and were happy to spend some time with the boys, they also signed up a dd to sponsor a child. Some volunteers also visited the Home and spent some time with the boys. Perret Maier donated Rs. 6000 towards our boy’s Foot ball team. Chris & Wendy, sponsor of Master Murtunjaya ID 167 donated four bicycles for our boys. Anita visited and spent some time with the boys and the staff. Matthew and his colleague visited the House and spent some time with the boys.

The Boys were taken on an outing during the Christmas holidays. All of them enjoyed and came back with a refreshed look. 

Swanka and Narayan went to Montfort to drop some things for our boys. Swanka and Narayan attended the In-charge Meeting held at the office. 

A set of Football and Cricket matches were held at the Home ground from 11th December onwards.

Around eleven boys went for a dental check up in the G M C Hospital. Manju 499 and Santosh 23 went to the GMC hospital for their dental appointment.
