Regular Staff meetings were conducted. This month few new staff have joined us. Sunita has joined as a trainee In-charge while Ruth has joined us as an assistant 1.
Godfrey came on an official visit and examined the maintenance of the House.
Audrey & Emidio from Scan India visited and interacted with the children.
Siddhi came on an official visit and checked the over all running of the Home. She also spent time interacting with the girls and the staff.

Glory and Sunitha attended the In-charge’s meeting on 15th July’ 2010 held at Shanti Niketan. After the meeting, a training was conducted for the In-charges which focused on Effective communication skills, the training was conducted by Siddhi, the HR Executive.
