May Mela 2010
in
Thank you for wanting to be involved in our first annual nationwide meal to raise money to feed the street kids in India.
A ‘Mela’ is a Sanskrit word meaning ‘gathering’ and is often associated with a festival or celebration. We have chosen ‘mela’ because we are going to gather together for a meal to celebrate and enable the work of El Shaddai, particularly, the feeding of street kids.
Your pack contains:
- Two A4 posters with a space for you to enter your details
- Twenty invitation cards
- Six posters about some of our feeding programmes
- Eight Gift Aid Forms (please feel free to photocopy more)
- An information sheet about how to pay the money in.
- A paying in/information slip to send to us
- Various leaflets advertising our work
This is our first year, so any suggestions as to how to improve the event or our information would be much appreciated.
Should you need further copies of any item, please contact us at the UK Office. Copies of our DVD or a Power point presentation with notes are available upon application to the UK Office.
Have a great time!
