Max Chandra is one of a kind. A UK National of Indian origin, he gave up his cushy job as a Managing Director in a corporate company and travelled to Goa to start a Gym in Palolem. Soon he started the ‘One Step At A Time Charitable Foundation’ to support Children's Education, environment and various other causes.
Max is partnering with El Shaddai Charitable Trust through his charity and he plans to travel all over India on foot covering a distance of 20,000 kilometres through 28 states over the next three years over 5 stages. Along the way he will interact with people, find out their needs and help NGOs working with children.
Phase one “Walk on the Wild Side” will see Max travelling 3,350 kilometres from Goa, traversing the southern coast covering the states of Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, up north to Chhattisgarh and finally to Orissa.
